Crayfish has an abundant amount of protein and fat. Its composition is similar to the rest of crustaceans. It highlights its contribution of phosphorus and potassium, and as for vitamins, B12 and to a lesser extent folic acid, B3, B6 and liposoluble vitamins A and E.
The crayfish is manipulated by operators to extract the meat from the tail. It is one of the most expanded products at the national level, as it offers a wide range of consumption possibilities.
CRAYFISH SEASONED / UNSEASONED
The already cooked crab is seasoned with the famous Cajun sauce from Louisiana (USA). It is seasoned with numerous spices that give it a spicy flavor, and is served with corn and potatoes cooked.

Rab cooked and seasoned with dill Sauce made with aromatic plant seeds in brine. It is a traditional method of the Nordic countries.
