CRAWFISH (Procambarus Clarkii)

UNSEASONED  COOKED  WHOLE CRAWFISH

Washed and cooked in salted water to enhance its exquisite seafood  flavour and its attractive deep red colour.

UNSEASONED  PEELED  CRAWFISH TAIL MEAT

Cooked crawfish tails. Peeled by hand, they maintain their characteristic white and red meat with all its flavour. Available with  or without their natural fat.

SEASONED  COOKED WHOLE  CRAWFISH

Cooked and seasoned crawfish. A wide range of flavours for the most demanding of palates.
